Add this lot trait to almost any venue type. Unlocks the "Bloody Mary" interaction on mirrors. If your Sim clicks this interaction they'll get a powerful angry buff. If they get too angry they could die.

-PTSD works in the background to give your Sim random symptom moodlets
For PTSD to work it needs to be triggered. You do this in two ways. Self click on your Sim, select the Action menu, and Trigger PTSD. This will give your Sim ptsd for 3 days.

Click on your Sim and select the "Exorcist Settings" menu. From this menu you'll be able to add the Exorcist Trait or remove it. Once your Sim has this trait they can start investigating other Sims to see if they're possessed.
