Subscription billing and whatnot

You complained about the difficulty of keeping up with when you subbed, passwords and all that. NOW you can sign-up whenever (as long as there are open slots) and you will be billed the time you sign-up, and not again on the first, like you used to.

Just a heads-up

Links expire before the start of each month so that folks that cancel their memberships won't have access without continuing their membership. Because of this I have to decommission all links, regenerate all passwords, and then make a post with the updates.
