Final boss from the arcade game 'Steel Gunner 2'
There's basically no reference of this character except for 1 low quality full body drawing from a japanese magazine and the in-game sprites lol I had to improvise here and there.
I think my copic marker and ink emulation with CSP is getting better, what do you think?
