gave this guy got the substance treatment! the goal was to do PBR but have a strong enough diffuse layer so the model could stand up well to both shaded and unshaded environments
i got to test out the stylized materials i bought (SoMuchMaterials) and it was really fun! final touchups were done in blender. next step is rigging! 👀

today i wanted to try out working on a palette portrait with my alcohol markers. i created a cool palette sketch of my bombalurina design digitally and swatched the colors onto paper best i could. for some comparison i did the same sketch with no added color temperature or lighting influence
