Overfit means the model is too aggressive with it's effects on the output, it's starting to change things we don't want. In this example notice how the base girl, Asuka, and one of the 2 Kiara are all in a similar pose, those are good LoRA, the 2nd Kiara has altered the pose that one is a bit "overfit"
