All of the Hunter beta designs I could find made him look very young, so I had to improvise my own. Here, his design was based on Cassandra Cain's Batgirl, who had a very tattered appearance.
I wanted him to look part of the high ranks but also somewhat ghostly, like his existence could just be a rumor.

For the sake of just getting these pages out faster, I'll be sticking to just inked pages for now. Maybe I'll color them in the future, but the process is just too difficult and time-consuming.
