BARD: COLLEGE OF METAL Homebrew

Wanted to try my hand at a Homebrew that's long overdue as a Bard subclass.

Instead of taking two levels in Bard for the Tale of the Traveler, I made him an Alchemist (spilling the chemicals on himself) and getting the Elixir of Swiftness.  The end result is the same, and your team would just need another Bard inst...
