Sorry for such a slow month with the process videos and posts in general, I am still experimenting with style and most importantly with CSP which didn't seem very appealing for footage.
Unfortunately, there's no .psd file for this piece because as you will see in the video, I merge most layers as I go along.

I decided to give Clip Studio Paint a try with this Midna and I think I'll stick with it from now on.
