Desperate and crazed are the attributes that best describe Raymond Finkler, and design #1 fits that bill perfectly. Katsu's alternate design (#2) made Finkler appear a bit younger than the story called for, so it went unused.
Next week, the concept art for the VX-II power suit will be featured.
