Comm form issue
Hi guys!
Got a few reports that the commission form was busted for some of you and I didn't realize until now! ;0; That's my mistake!

Late with this because I intended to post it along with a YCH, but the method I wanted to use was giving me grief, and after fighting with it, I think it's best to release commission form first and do something else for ych later. So ych will come later this month.
