This time, I've returned to working on an older subject. It's been a while and it's fun to see that I've made some improvements compared to my earlier works. I am happy with the result and hope that all of you will enjoy it as much as I do.

I have finished Part 2 of the Nelliel Commission set #2. Nelliel is an amazing character, and I've had a blast working on it.
