As per the previous poll results, i've increased the damages while keeping the ki cost at 2 ki bars, i've also added a much more badass flying effect and little red aura around the character, i've initially wanted to add a bigger aura but it didn't look great thus i opted for a body outline effect<...

Upper tier changes and new project

hey guys! i hope you are all well

i've noticed these past few months that the voting power introduced in the new tiers (Omni Super Saiyan and Omni God) doesn't have much impact on the final result for most polls which isn't very fair for people on these tiers so i'll increase the voting power granted by these 2 tiers as follow:
