Another concept me and Solo are working on for the Water starter mon.

so, I had an idea a long time ago of a team rebel/gangster tropes as pokemon.

one of them being based on some famous anime legends like Kamina.

Pompadour, triangle glasses, popped collar, gave my boy the Popeye arms and archor tattoo and we have a legend.

Hatterene varient

SO the original concept was "hatterene, witch, crow, baba yaga"
