ENG - In the next few days I want to make a new plaster, but I haven't posted what I'd like from this perfect SLC. This always happens with new plaster casts that I want to show you and I usually don't show everything I have from the previous one. Sun and plastic on my foot!

ENG - After many rainy days, this sunshine was invigorating!!! Going out in the sun is much better!!! I love French nails and they are always a hit in my casts. These photos show a tip I use to avoid damaging my nails in sneakers. I use plastic wrap to leave my toenails intact. Being a woman isn't easy friends! hahahaha

Without socks!

ENG - I think this plaster is beautiful!!! A bit wider because of the stockings and I thought that was nice. I'm going to wear my Celona cast shoes, a gift from a dear friend. And also my new crutches :)

Time to apply the cast!

ENG - Friends, after the bandages I put on two socks. For plaster lovers like me, everything is better now. I slept with the bandages on my feet and they were swollen at night, which bothered me a bit. Then the elastic bandages gave way and it got better. Pain in my hand

ENG - This was my first cast with forearm crutches, and because I'm not used to them, my hand was sore. The crutch is very old from the beginning of cast day. But I've already bought a new one and I'll show it to you in a few days. I've even bought an accessory for the new crutch that will make the hand support softer :)

ENG - Here's the news from the doctor and how my recovery will be! It was a fracture, it will be 6 weeks on crutches and a huge plaster cast!
