Well everyone, today was supposed to be my day back at the gym. But I woke up sick as a dog (head ache, sore throat, stuffed sinuses, the whole 9 yards)

But we must carry on! The gym isn't going anywhere, and it looks like I need to rest a little longer :')

Injury Update

So I'm pretty sure I have a pinched nerve in my neck, it's so unbearable 💔 another doctor appointment today, hoping for more info and hopefully some pain relief 😮‍💨 sad I can't go to the gym but I'm learning to listen to my body and not rush recovery 💕

So I've been trying to stay positive but genuinely I'm in so much pain 😢 I went to urgent care but I have to go to the ER for a scan to make sure nothing is actually torn in my neck/shoulder... send good vibes yall cause I'm real sad right now 🥲
