I'll be frank and direct.

I'm in a financial hard spot at the moment, and I need some extra funds to balance myself out.

I think that raising existing tiers due to my own economic issues would be unfair, so instead I'd like to create one or two new ones. That way, whoever is willing to further support me can, without affecting anyone...
