This was done very quick so it's probably not perfect, but it's better than nothing I guess.
Those are overrides, so it overwrite the vanilla one.

REMOVE PREVIOUS BDP FOLDER, put the new BDP folder in your Mods folder extracted from the .zip. You need to make sure you don't have any duplicates or others versions of the mod.
Then you need to set up likes/dislikes big dick/small dick through CAS or using the cheat command (shift + click on a sim) ...
