We are almost all the way blocked in now. In this video we will get all the way there.
The colors will be almost as specific as we want to be at the end and our main focus will be to establish the éxisting values as colors without too much contradiction.

Working with compressed chalks and looking for a high level of refinement took me all the way to the final buzzer.
The result though was worth it. I love this drawing material and in this tutorial we are going to get really creative with it!

All of the time, when I’m not making analog paintings, I am making breakdowns of great portraits. Doesn’t take a lot of time and it really sharpens you’re eye to see what they were up to. This one is by Sargent.
