SD Quality vs HD+Fixes
When it comes to facial expressions, they may suffer quality loss if they are further away, its how AI works, same can be said about feet and hands. So in order to fix them, one has to go manually trough all the pictures that may find this issue, which takes time, hence they are only available in Tier 2.
Altho, i do try and fix even the SD...
