i needed this today and i thought I'd share in case you might too.
sometimes you just gotta take a moment to get some fresh air, look at the sky, and warm up your bones after a good cry. and it helped. i ended up writing two poems and making some progress on my other literary tasks.

but i woke up a couple hours ago and my nose ring ball fell out for the 6th time this week and i'm...tired. if this piercing wasn't something i've wanted and prepped for for almost a decade, i may have just removed it. my second most expensive piercing to date.
i need to get a different nose ring.
Sometimes i plan posts and emails and messages out in my head and then forget everything i planned out when it's time to do it. Sometimes i forget to actually physically type (and send) it. That's okay though. It gets done eventually~

Happy Tuesday. Thank you for being here. I left the house today. The sun was really high and bright and I only circled the block. There was one cloud i really wanted to get. But i didn't have time. I also included photos from last night.

There are barely any trees. It's mostly just grass and otherwise barrenness. I was just here... Not putting out anything. And if i did, i felt like i wasn't doing enough. I still feel that way often.
But since last week, I've been able to make something worth something. So there's that, i guess.
Just wish i could do/be more.
Yesterday, i had a difficult time breathing. There was no known/obvious trigger. I just... Couldn't get thru the day peacefully. After the fourth moment, i decided to just try to power down for the day.
I was still awake after 6am.
