quick life update

earlier today i was in a car crash on the freeway. most of the damage was to my vehicle.

currently with adrenaline and painkillers in my system i'm not sure if the mild back pain from it will amount to something more.

updates for cross-check may be a little sparser than ideal while i clear up the transportation, legal, and possibly medical ...
