The Minister of Wet Tee Shirts is doing the honors of hanging the ceremonial mistletoe, an ancient elvish custom which is supposed to ward away the Kringle.  Underneath the mistletoe is the only safe place to sneak a smooch during this tense & uneasy time of year.
