It took me a while to get some progress on CowHammer because I wasn't sure how to make her attacks, but I finally got some proper hammering going. I just need to make a few more moves for her (grabbing and throwing stuff and a few idle animations) and I'll be ready to start designing a pre-alpha level.

There's actually been a lot of progress on this lass. She can jump and attack with her hammer, and soon she'll be able to pick up and throw stuff and do some neat tricks with her weapon to get her through difficult levels. But those bits of animation are still quite the mess, so I'll keep posting them as soon as they're ready.

I've had to correct a lot of details of Ternera's model so she could be properly animated and, as you can see, there are still some mistakes to fix. This however has helped me learn ways to improve my models. I should remove the raytracing if I want to keep the N64 aesthetic though!

Guess who will give up on making videogames when he's dead? This genet. It took me about one hour to get Ternera's frame complete, hammer and all. I'm using low-poly graphics to achieve an old-school N64-like graphic style and because, of course, it's much faster to make. I will get CowHammer done, whatever it takes!

It's unbearably hot here and my Photoshop just won't run properly in my new laptop. But guess what? Krita does, like a charm. That scene up there was drawn using that, first thing I ever do on Krita. Maybe I can use weekends to get all of the art done!
