Seems like Drakien is making good use of a helpless Fannar. Bound and suspended in red ropes, the dragon is making sure the sergal gets treated properly.

Finished up the sketch for this piece, and I have to say I'm pretty damn happy with it. I've drawn Kashra many times in the past, but this is probably the sexiest I've drawn him, and the angle is a lot of fun too.
