Prince Noss Captured (high rez)

Noss bound with Howler wire and awaiting his fate - can't say more than that without upsetting the plot.

I may try and colour his sarong black and white as in the book, but we'll see. It may look confusing here.

Prince Noss Captured (UPDATE)

This is a rough line edition of Prince Noss lying in a hyena tent, captured. I drew a similar picture before but was not happy with it as it didn't really show him under any duress.

UPDATE: Lines now clean and added a hint of leg, etc. Better perspective and such.

I may shade and colour him during a stream; let me know if you want to watch ...

Prince Noss - Colour

Prince Noss reclined in his tent. Unusually for a hyena of such high birth he is a Chakaa... I mean, what could go wrong?

Jua-mata Hyenas Concept

Jua-mata hyenas concept for the montage picture. In the final piece Themba acquired his hammer, whilst Noss lost his helmet and gained a cloak. Madou went on to be a full portrait.

Back  to characters with some clothing on - drapery is much harder for me  than anatomy so I get into a bad habit of drawing the hyenas too much.

This is a preview the Themba picture on Deviantart, which I am currently reworking as I was never happy with it.

The lines here are far cleaner, plus he has his full gaiters on. He will be coloured and shaded more carefully.

Colour Madou Preview

Here's Madou in colour, the BW edition is already out.

The full length colour version will be made into a bookmark for all the Madou fans. He has quite the little following, myself included.

Nurka Preview

Chief Nurka with his messenger moth and his zigzag cloak and armour that signify the hyena sky god who watches over him.

I may colour and shade him, and add his bow etc.
