Capcom pushed a patch today to nearly all of their RE Engine games (this includes RE2, RE3, RE: Resistance, RE7, RE8, and DMC5).
The patches themselves don't add anything major. For most of the games, it seems the only change is the addition of an Nvidia Gameworks logo. Capcom stated RE7 and RE8 got some small bug fixes.
