Everyday I’m slowly rebuilding the body. Not just in terms of my physique and how I look, but how I function and my mindset to my body.

Sleep, diet, exercise, mindset, drive, all changes when you go through surgery. Some for the worst some for the better.

I’m now out of the recovery faze and into the building faze.

Full disclosure, I don’t live this set. Feels a little pointless and lacks a bit of personality. But there are a few decent shots here.

Mostly carried by the lighting which is why I shot it. And was tying to make the red pop.

First real set getting back to it. Always playing with light and shadows. As my physique changes I want to focus on that even more.

Some of the upcoming shots and shoots I’m working on making more theme focused. Whatever that means. We’ll see how it goes.

A few shots from this whole set in black and white. This set is actually colour and one of the rare times I prefer the colour versions greatly over the black and white.

Loving the light in this. The single fluorescent light source really came through with shooting in the dark which was a happy accident.

Recovery: Slow days set 1

Be easy on me. This is my first set back in a while and it was hard to do. Not going to lie this injury has been a huge set back for me. Mentally, emotionally, and physically. It was really hard considering I had about 8 months straight of health problems before this happened so I was a very hard year.
