Of this new aquatic species, the whelps are actually flight capable & spend their time picking off parasites from their parents bodies. As they grow, their diet becomes increasingly herbivorous, where they join their kin under the waves

Somewhat a cross between blowtorch and tornado, these sandstorm fliers pack a deadly punch

Tar bug

The Targoers harvest these creatures for their biodiesel! Selling at a high price to outsiders.

More on this guy

Rather than tons of fins, I’m imagining a flattened body like a flying snake. They use their sharpened keel to slice and maim large prey while on the wing. The rear limbs will be very small and farther down the torso!

Juvenile Crowned Sunscourge

Have this wip! The young are patterned in such a way to blend into shrubs near oases. As during the brooding season, a parent Sunscourge will dominate a watering hole, any desperate animals looking for a drink providing excellent protein for the chicks!
