G9 V2: Fix right hand nail issue and edit the body shape a little. Also fix some texture issue on the arm and fingers. Rename some files for consistency.

Initially wanted to do Kimberly, but I found out that under that poncho, Lily actually shows more skin. As Street Fighter 6 characters all use the same UV for the body, this means that Lily is more suitable as the template for future skin texture transfer.
