There's a million ways of collaborating. Many people use e-mail or shared documents, but I found it really effective to set up my own wiki page (hidden, of course) to collaborate with Elena.
The files themselves go on our shared Drive folder, but all Character descriptions, scripts, etc. are on the wiki page.

We all know Julietta's real passion is to be with women - but if you do a really great job, people will request for you specifically. Looks like she will need to have a long talk with the Padrona. Or tone down her skills, but that seems unlikely.
