There are/were the Major Villains of Green Lantern Apple Bloom that aren't cameos, crossovers or one shots. Starlight, Sombra and Nightmare Moon are transparent because they are not villains anymore.
Man, GLAB has a small rogues' gallery. But at least you could say the quality is top notch.
