So the next scene is going to be NTR. Optimization advices,extra 20-30% fps

Hi! So I tried my own scenes in VR and oh man,perfomance is unacceptable.I know that my scenes are very heavy on desktop also,bcs Im always using alot of lights,graphics plugins,assets,clothes and other details to make the scene look as good as possible.

My ryzen 7500f+rtx 3080 cant get even 20fps in my scenes,it's literally unplayable. So...
