yesterday my mom's dog, nanna had to be put to sleep. she had a chronic illness that was never going to get better, but we had tried to keep her stable with medication.. but it got very bad very suddenly, the last few days she wasn't able to keep food in at all and was slowly dying from starvation, so it was kinder to let her pass away in peace....
