The dot show the skill the Thief class is trained for. What does it mean is that at LVL1 she can only post skill point in those specific Skill (she can add on other after lvl 2)
The number of SKILL point is 2+ Intel stat bonus
The number of SEX SKILL point is 2+ Cha stat bonus
