This was supposed to be a bit of a quick vignette, dealing with the aftermath of sudden expansion scenario. A sort of a trope from a couple of stories where some mysterious figure who is an apparent expert shows up & starts yelling out orders. But I got a bit into some of the character bits, both the meaner & more tender parts....
