Chapter 2 Polished (Fixed): Windows and Mac Builds for Second Mate Tier and Higher!

These are the updated builds for Windows and Mac that resolved a few issues we had with the previous builds, such as weird aspect ratio issues that messed UI elements, as well as the massage bug on Kuina.
