This is an unarmed block power bash.
You must learn the Power Bash perk to use it.
Power Bash triggers low kick and elbow attack randomly.

4 Equip animations are triggered randomly.
This only applies to players and works only if you have a one-handed sword in your right hand and no other weapons in your left.
It does not activate in combat situations.
