As you can see, I've now added a Stamina mechanic. Whereas Energy represents wakefulness/tiredness, Stamina represents endurance/exhaustion. You lose Stamina quickly whenever you do something physically taxing, but you can regain it with a couple of hours of rest or relaxation.
