Sorry for the late update, couldn't post last night but i finally think i have the head done so i can move to his PP :)

also tried to make the head a bit larger since it was mentioned it was a bit small, what do you guys think about it? is the beak ok too?

This time around i worked more on his face and the rest of his head, i couldn't spend as much time in it cause this weekend i celebretated my birthday.

He looks very silly without his feathers on his head but I think I'm getting there, did more body definition and added feet and hands as well as started doing the head.

There is a big issue with the penis i need to fix so meanwhile you might need to use the penis in ik mode, sorry for the problems i'll try to get it fix as soon as i can.

Hey guys, just noticed the anus in the model wasn't working so i fixed that and added a few shapekeys. Also, more than half haven't voted yet so remember to cast your vote on the ongoing poll.

I reworked the penis rig to make it a lot easier to use, FK is enable by default but if you wish to use the ik for the penis simply follow the instructions in the zip.

We are almost there guys, been having a bit of a busy few days but the topology is almost done, then textures and rig.

I reworked the front of his vest a bit based on feedback i got from agitype, also as you can see i started on topology today, i think i finished the most complicated part, that being those spikes on his shoulders, things should flow smoother now, but we are almost at the halfway point now n_n

I think I can move to the next step very soon, i thought about having an option for a more avian kind of penis too, the default will be the current humanoid one but rest asure that you will be able to change between human and bird pp.
