Nothing too exciting this week, I'm afraid. Just some necessary sprites for the fight.
Just in case any pesky weasels hiding around the edges of the arena thought they could avoid being reduced to a stomped slurry.
The previous stomp animation is intended to have sweat too, I just need to get around to adding it!
Phew! This one took me a while. The non-gas version was a killer!

Four grabs to cover the four quarters of the arena. Nowhere to hide!
I'm planning to have grabs with the right hand will go into a chewing animation, starting with Texas being dangled over Roxxie's open maw, and grabs with the left hand have Texas dropped between her chest and squished like a weasel in a trash compactor!

This will follow-up into something more exciting if Tex gets hit though.

Anyway, here's a simple sprite of the macro-sized Roxxie turning around to get ready to do one of her butt-based moves! Which will probably be the most devastating of her moves.
Edit: Added the missing shine to Roxxie's cheeks.
A nice close attack to smush any pesky weasels who think they can hide beneath her.

Something quick I put together for fun, but it does highlight one hurdle that I need to get over going into this final fight: Roxxie's sprite is scaled up to 8x size, while April and Texas are 1x size.

A few assembled sprites I've done today for the Roxxie Quickdraw sequence! I want to make this a longer loss, with a bunch of taunting dialogue and building dread before it reaches the game over countdown, so it required a little more than the other quickdraw sequences.

Just a quick update to say that I've now updated the game with the long-promised gallery to view all the unlocked animations! Some animations work better than other but on the whole I'm very happy with it, and it was well worth the week's straight work it required.
