If you are wondering how I make orgy scenes, here is my usual set

1. This creepy babe is used on the back/in the distance, so you don't see the details.

2, 3 and 6 - I just duplicate these figures and change clothes/stockings/hair to create the illusion of variety.

7. Low-poly character for very distance parts of scene.
