Following on from the if-I-don't-know-it's-broke-I-can't-fix-it note, the autogenerated single-chapter epubs should now work in a wider range of readers. I'd tested in a couple, including calibre, but apparently they were broken in a couple of others, and presumably have been ever since I added them. Not quite sure what was happening...
