What 200+ LB’s Look Like on a Man
Mid 100’s to upper 300’s in about 5 years (with too many plateaus, false starts, and crushed hopes in between to count.) Goes to show that consistent dedication pays off eventually. Let my immense load of lard inspire you to never give up on your gaining dreams!
